All-State Termite Company was founded in Memphis, TN in 1943 by Mr. Alexander. In 1961, the founder’s son-in-law Walter Hughey, Sr. took the helm. As 1975 approached, having worked in the industry all of his life, Walter Hughey, Jr. purchased the business from his father changing the name to All-State Pest Control continuing the family business as a 3rd generation owner operator.
In 2003, Walter Hughey, Jr.’s son-in-law Joe Walton and his wife Jennifer purchased the business to carry on the proud tradition of Honesty, Christian Integrity and Professionalism. All-State Pest Control’s focus is to provide quality, cost-effective pest control while maintaining superior service by well-trained personnel.
In 2007, upon the brink of an economic crisis, All-State Pest Control diversified adding Lawn Care to the portfolio of services unknowingly beginning a new era for All-State Pest Control. Soon after the addition of Lawn Care followed Lawn Maintenance, Landscaping and Irrigation services to complete the One-Stop Shop we know today as All-State Pest and Lawn.
