I just wanted you to know what a great guy you have in Cimmeron. He came out to retreat the inside of my home a couple of weeks ago. He called when he got there, but my mom wasn’t home. He was willing to wait until she could get there to let him in. That showed great dedication and concern for our needs as his customers. I think he has been treating my home for as long as I can remember, and I could never have anything but compliments to offer for his personal service and professionalism.

Last week I had some problems with some windows in my house. The repairman for the windows said the damage was done by moisture getting in the windows. But, just to be safe and sure, I decided to have a talk with your company. I talked to Chris and he said he would come out and check my house.

In a very short time, he arrived and checked the windows and he, too, said it was wood rot, not termites.

Chris is a very polite young man and he is an assett to your company. He also told me about your new business, Lawn Service.  We have been your customers for over forty years, and so far, we have been very pleased with your service.

I contacted you guys last fall when I lived in a rental on Tutwiler Ave.  We had mice and the service that we received from All-State was excellent!

My husband and I now own a home in Cordova and it has no termite contract or pest control contract and we feel we need both. We received a termite free certificate when we purchased the house in December and we want to be sure it remains that way! The pest control we’d like is just the standard service.

I would like to commend your company on great service and the effectiveness of your chemicals. Most, if not all, of my pest problems have disappeared since I hired All-State.

Further, I want to add my approval of you hiring a person like Jason Watts. He is my technician, and does such an excellent and thorough job. He is very efficient and none of my questions ever seem too trivial for him to answer. Apart from his professionalism, Jason is just a very fine person with a great personality. I actually look forward to his appointments, whereas I used to dread my old pest people coming. I trust him so much I gave him the combination to my gate lock.
